  3. Furnace Preparation - When you pickup the unit, we do a furnace walk-through to show you where the different components attach. In cases where units need to be converted for orientation, we provide that service for you. 
  4. Custom Duct - Once we decide on a unit, you provide us with dimensions of your existing ductwork and we provide professional drawings and custom duct, determining the best way to adapt from old to new. 
  5. Installation Support - We follow through with technical support & advice over the phone, email or in person.
  6. DIY Packet - In addition to the owner’s manual, we get you a DIY installation packet that includes our experience and information from the past 28 years of helping DIYers. 
  7. Duct Design - Don't have any ductwork in your house or you're building new? We offer duct design with equipment purchase to professionally size all of your ductwork.
