Install an AC in 6 Steps

Step 1. Fill out a Sizing Sheet & Email or bring it in

Step 2. We size your equipment and help you decide which brand fits your needs.

Step 3. Install the indoor coil in place and connect the drain line
Upflow
In an upflow application with a gas furnace, the evaporator coil installs above the gas furnace

Downflow
In a downflow application, the coil goes below the gas furnace
|
Step 4. Place the outdoor unit and connect the electrical
Level the ground and place an equipment pad, or pour a level concrete pad
Place the outdoor unit on the level pad

Run the power from the panel to the disconnect on the exterior of the house
|
Connect the power from the disconnect to the outdoor unit
|
Step 5. Rough in the copper lineset and control wire between the indoor coil and outdoor condensing AC unit

Sealed as it passes through the wall

Run the copper lines to the coil

Run to the outdoor unit

Step 6. Call the A/C Tech we recommend to weld, vacuum, leak check & Charge
The tech will weld to the indoor unit and install the TXV or piston

The tech will install the line drier and weld to the outdoor unit
|
The tech will vacuum, leak check, and charge the system
|
