  1. Warranty - Full manufacturers warranty. With our sizing, advice, and partners, you are eligible for the full manufacture warranty. You won't find with any other DIY guys. 
  2. Equipment Sizing - We offer free professional sizing to help you choose the brand and type of equipment that fits your needs best. 
  3. Furnace Preparation - When you pickup the unit, we do a furnace walk-through to show you where the different components attach. In cases where units need to be converted for orientation, we provide that service for you. 
  4. Tech Referral - We work with local technicians that are willing to connect, vacuum, test and charge your system. While most technicians aren't willing to do this, ours are because of our program. 
  5. Installation Support - We follow through with technical support & advice over the phone, email or in person.
  6. DIY Packet - In addition to the owner’s manual, we get you a DIY installation packet that includes our experience and information from the past 33 years of helping DIYers. 
  7. Duct Design & Custom Duct - Don't have any ductwork in your house or you're building new? We offer free duct design with equipment purchase to professionally size all of your ductwork. We also work with you when retrofitting a system to make the components to help you be successful
